: CM KCR has taken another important decision as the time for elections is approaching. It has been decided to provide certificates to all the farmers who are cultivating waste lands in the state. They have issued instructions to the authorities to ensure that Rythu Bandhu also comes to them along with the pattas. It is suggested to distribute the tracks to the paddy farmers starting from June 24 and ending on the 30th. The officials were ordered to make arrangements related to this from now on. KCR held a review meeting with the higher officials on the distribution of badges in the secretariat. It has been decided to take up the distribution of railway tracks from 24th to 30th of next month. KCR himself will start the distribution of diplomas and will supervise the distribution process till completion. Apart from this, KCR advised the officials to include the names of farmers who have received degrees in the list of beneficiaries of Rythu Bandhu. Rythu Bandhu will be provided to all the Podu farmers like others. To this extent, the government will directly open bank accounts in the name of poor farmers and deposit Rythubandhu cash in them without any involvement from other people. KCR advised Tribal Welfare Minister Satyavati Rathore to provide the details of the new beneficiaries to the concerned authorities and open the bank accounts immediately. Earlier, KCR announced that all the tribal farmers who are cultivating waste lands will be distributed. Podu Rythu is expressing happiness as KCR is now fulfilling that promise. In the past, there have been clashes between the forest officials and the tribal farmers regarding the waste lands. There have been incidents like forest officials blocking the tribals and tribals attacking the officials. Due to this, the poor farmers started to worry that they should be provided with rails. Opposition parties also took out protests in support of poor farmers. As the agitations escalated, the KCR government came down. Officials conducted a survey across the state to identify the weed farmers. Earlier, KCR announced in the assembly that the waste lands identified as part of this survey will be given titles. The tribal farmers have been waiting for a long time for this. But they are disappointed as the government is delaying. Now finally they are expressing their happiness on getting the green signal from KCR.
