Cold Oman; Temperatures in many cities are below 10 degrees Celsius

Oman: Cold Oman. Many parts of the country have been experiencing severe cold for the past few days. The minimum temperature was recorded below 10 degrees Celsius in Ominale, Syk, Makhshin and Haima. Oman’s cyclone recorded the lowest temperature ever. The maximum temperature recorded during the last 24 hours was 3.5 degrees Celsius. The Met Office said that icebergs had formed in many parts of the mountainous region and that snow had begun to fall.

The maximum temperature was recorded below 10 degrees Celsius in many places yesterday. Al Daqira and Buraimi governorates have been experiencing heavy snowfall since yesterday. Muscat, Ibri, Rustaq and Kasab also experienced severe cold in the past day.
