SP President Akhilesh Yadav questioned the administration and said that the by -election in Milkipur has not been fair. If the Election Commission had taken strict action, there would be a fair election in Milkipur. In Milkipur, the BJP adopted all kinds of tactics to cheat. BJP goons spread chaos to influence the Milkipur by -election. They have got open protection of police-administration. The police-administration violated the election code of conduct by giving open exemption to the BJP goons.
