Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishnaraju stated that while the trial of the case was going on in the court, he had made comments on the capital issue of YS Jaganmohan Reddy as Chief Minister. YSR Congress Party Rebel MP Raghurama Krishna Raju has written a letter to the Supreme Court Chief Justice Justice Chandrachud to this extent. The letter stated that CM Jagan has committed contempt of court by announcing that Visakhapatnam is the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
In a letter written to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Chandrachud, MP Raghurama stated that Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy made these comments when the case related to the capital of Andhra Pradesh was being heard in the Supreme Court. It is alleged that he made such comments about becoming the chief minister while the case was being heard in the court. According to the rules, this is like committing contempt of court. CM Jagan’s comments were said to interfere in the affairs of the judiciary. In a letter written to the CJI, Raghurama Krishnaraju appealed to the CJI to take into account the comments made on the issue being investigated in the court.
On Tuesday, CM Jagan participated in the round table meeting of AP Global Investors Summit organized at Leela Palace Hotel in Delhi. Speaking on this occasion, he revealed that an investors’ conference will be held in Visakhapatnam on March 3 and 4, and everyone is invited to participate in it. Visakhapatnam is going to be the capital. He revealed that he is also shifting there in a few months. CM Jagan commented that he wishes to meet you again in Visakhapatnam.
