The Hastam party, which is eager to get power in Madhya Pradesh, released its manifesto for this assembly election on Tuesday. It includes various promises aimed at benefiting all sections of the state and getting their votes. Madhya Pradesh Congress president Kamal Nath released a 106-page manifesto document with 59 promises. Former CM and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh also participated in this programme. The Congress party has promised to give a support price of Rs.2600 per quintal of wheat to the farmers.
In addition to this, it has been clarified that all the people in Madhya Pradesh will be provided with health insurance of Rs. 25 lakhs and accident coverage of Rs. 10 lakhs. It has been announced in the manifesto that 27 percent reservation for OBCs in government jobs and government educational institutions will be implemented. Abhaya has given a hand to promote sports in Madhya Pradesh. It has been said that loans up to Rs.2 lakh will be waived off for farmers. It has promised to provide monthly financial assistance of Rs.1,500 to the women and a cooking gas cylinder of Rs.500. Free school education, old age pension scheme, unemployment allowance of Rs.1,500 to Rs.3,000 per month for two years has been clarified.
Madhya Pradesh Assembly has 230 seats. While the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections will be held in a single phase on November 17, the Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly election results will be announced on December 3 along with the results of five states.
