Consumers’ association lashes out at Transavia: ‘They withhold the rights of passengers’

Transavia violates European rules when canceling flights to limit the crowds at Schiphol. That is what the Consumers’ Association says, pointing out that the airline does not offer passengers the choice between a refund or another flight of their choice in the event of cancellation.
