Control of train ticket too often fails: ‘Conductors choose eggs for their money’

Trade union FNV Spoor sounds the alarm because the conductor on some routes hardly seems to check for a ticket anymore. This so-called chance of being hit must be increased, because otherwise the risk of fare dodging and aggression would become too high.
