Subsequently, Raja Bateria was arrested on December 13 and taken to court custody. Dismissing his bail plea, Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge Sanjay Dwivedi said, “You should not speak in derogatory language when talking about high-ranking people like the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister.
