Mumbai Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Sky Force’ seems to be stuck in controversies. Regarding this, a famous writer has talked about dragging the makers to court. This film of Akshay is being released on January 24, 2025 but before its release, clouds of crisis are looming over it.
Actually, famous lyricist-screenwriter Manoj Muntashir has given an ultimatum to take the filmmakers to court. This whole controversy started when the team of ‘Sky Force’ did not give credit to Manoj Muntashir for writing the upcoming song ‘Maye’.
Just yesterday its (Sky Force) teaser was released on social media. Jio Cinema had shared the teaser of the song ‘Maye’ on Twitter and other social media platforms. B Praak has given his voice to this song and Tanishk Bagchi has given its music. In this post, credit has been given to both B Praak and Tanishk Bagchi, but Manoj Muntashir was not even mentioned.
This thing did not seem right to Manoj Muntashir. He has warned film makers, Jio Cinema, Maddock and Saregama Global of legal action. Expressing his displeasure on Twitter, Manoj Muntashir wrote – “Please attention @jiostudios, @MaddockFilms @saregamaglobal. This song is not only sung and composed, but it is also written by someone who has put in all his blood and sweat for it.”
