Joint convocation of MRU, MRIIRS and Manav Rachna Dental College organized. 91 scholars got PhD, 1256 students got bachelor’s degree and 293 students got master’s degree.
The convocation ceremony was held in Manav Rachna on Wednesday. This joint convocation ceremony of Manav Rachna University, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies and Manav Rachna Dental College was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. During this, Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, Indian Chemical Engineer and former Director General of CSIR, Dr. Raghunath Anant Mashelkar and Prof. Yogesh Singh attended as a special guest. MREI Chief Patron Satya Bhalla, President Dr. Prashant Bhalla, Vice President Dr. Amit Bhalla, MRIIRS Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, MRU Vice Chancellor Dr. IK Bhat etc. were present on the occasion.
In his address, Dr. Prashant Bhalla congratulated all the students, parents and teachers for their hard work and said that this day has been possible only because of the collective efforts of all. He said that both MRIIRS and MRU universities have made the youth skilled as per the requirement of the industry. He said that all the students will illuminate the institute with their achievements, which we have full hope.
addressing the convocation Doctor, Raghunath Anant Mashelkar Said that in Manav Rachna I saw an unusual abundance of accolades and celebrations with 10 honorary degrees in various fields. He shared a powerful message of education being equal to the future and three different things about education: Right to Education, Right Education and Right Way of Education.
1500 degrees awarded to students:
About 1500 alumni were awarded bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in this program of the institute. Along with this, 10 respected people were awarded honorary degrees for their remarkable contribution in various fields. 91 scholars were awarded PhD, 1256 students were awarded bachelor’s degree and 293 students were awarded master’s degree in the ceremony. Medals were also given to the students for outstanding achievement and academic excellence. Chief Patron Medal, President’s Medal, Vice President’s Medal and Vice Chancellor’s Medal were also awarded.
