Corruption specter is ravaging Ukraine again, at a very bad time

A secretary of state has been fired, a deputy secretary of defense has resigned, as has a top official of the president. The specter of corruption is once again plaguing Ukraine and that is bad news for President Zelensky, who could use doubts about the spending of international aid right now.
