They said that they are terrorists. After that, CPI Narayana approached the High Court.
An inquiry was held in the High Court by CPI leader Narayana. He mentioned that he was stopped by the authorities when he was going to inspect constructions in Visakhapatnam’s Rushikonda. The lawyer argued that this is illegal. It was explained to the court that as a political leader, Rushikonda has a responsibility to tell the public the facts of what is happening. He said that the police stopped him illegally.. Rushikonda is not a prohibited place. It was explained that cases were filed against the lawyer who went to inspect the works as per the orders of the High Court bench. The lawyer for the government said that there is no objection if permission is taken first.
The High Court judge asked Narayana why he needed to go to Rushikonda. He reminded that the High Court is already conducting an inquiry into the renovation work of the resort undertaken by the tourism department in Rushikonda. He asked why he went there at such a time. It has been clarified that if you want to go to that area, you must take the permission of the contractor. Even after that, the investigation was held and arguments were heard. After that the court gave green signal to Narayana to go to Rushikonda.
