The creator of ‘El cervecero’, José María Yzazaga, revealed to the program ‘América spectacles’ that he has given one last chance to Christian Cueva before initiating legal action against him, for not complying with the agreement they agreed upon months ago, since so far they have not paid him what he owes.
“I don’t know, I called him and everything, but there should be an explanation that he couldn’t give for ‘x’ reasons or something, an apology or I don’t know. I think that’s important to him, but he didn’t do it. Right now I’m on hold, Apdayc’s lawyers already know about all this problem, not just now, but before,” he said at the beginning.

Along the same lines, the musician assured that if Christian Cueva does not communicate with him these days, he will file a lawsuit against the footballer for non-compliance.
“I have always wanted to settle things in a solomononic way, without having to go to court, but now I am simply waiting. I sent him a message yesterday, I hope he responds, and if he doesn’t respond this week, well, then I will proceed legally,” he added bluntly.
