Collector Rajesh Tyagi said that there is a lot of suitable land for constructing a mini cricket stadium in Ali Nagar. He said that he has submitted a report to the government. The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to build 20 stadiums across the state. Orders have been issued to officials and district collectors. Amroha is also among the districts that need to build sports grounds. “We have chosen Mohammad Shami’s hometown Alinagar to build the stadium from this district,” said Collector Rajesh Tyagi.
