Senior advocate AM Singhvi is appearing for Sisodia. The Supreme Court bench also posed several questions to Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju, representing the CBI. A bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and SVN Bhatti asked the question.

The court also expressed its displeasure at the addition of the accused in the case related to money laundering of the former chief minister.
