It is stated that after being selected as an associate analyst, one has to wait for the offer letter. It is known that Deloitte is not releasing offer letters to many freshers who are selected through campus placement. Candidates state that they don’t know why the company is delaying so much.

As Deloitte is delaying the onboarding process of freshers.. many candidates actually have that job..? Or..? The organization is being asked to inform. They claim that they are being looked at as fools. It is not correct for the company to do this. In an interview given to an English media, the candidates said that some candidates contacted the company in this regard… and the company asked them to wait for the update.
A spokesperson of Deloitte responded to the same issue and said that the company will continue to hire and provide new opportunities. They say that they will adhere to the given letters. Before Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Mindtree are also known to be delaying the onboarding of candidates. These companies are also very late in hiring freshers. Candidates are scratching their heads as they don’t know why companies are doing this. They are requesting to release their offer letters. Otherwise they want to give clarity about the job.
