Devak is a second class student of Tollins World School, Malayattoor, Ernakulam. Every morning, Devak rides his own horse, Rani, to school. Devak is very cool even though it is a curiosity and wonder to the viewers. Devak has no fear of going to and from school with his beloved Rani. His father Binukumar told Samayam Malayalam that if his son wants to make it a profession when he grows up, he will give him all the support and stay with him.
Devak first rode a horse when his father Binukumar Parakattil, a businessman during the Kovid era, went to a resort in Munnar. Binukumar, who is also a horse lover, was thrilled to see five-year-old Devak riding on horseback. Devak had been riding a horse at the resort for eight months. When he returned home, he wanted a horse of his own. So his father brought him a horse from Bangalore. In addition to this, a machine was arranged to teach horse riding. Named the Queen, the horse is now four and a half years old.Rani is also a dear friend of six-year-old Devak. Although Devak is younger than a horse to look at, the queen obeys all his instructions exactly. The queen knows how to heed Devak’s instructions when she sees vehicles approaching on the road. The friendship between them is what helps this journey the most. Devak arrives at the school on horseback about 3 km from home. Devak loves to go to school with Rani on rainy days. Devak’s friends at school also like Rani very much. Devak’s friends always get together to take a photo with the horse and touch her.

Devak also teaches horse riding at his school. According to his father Binukumar, it was with this knowledge that he decided to enroll Devak in Tollins World School. Rafeeq, the school’s coach, comes home and trains Devak. Training is from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and in the evening.
The horse was bought because of Mon’s desire. Binu said that if he wants to in the future, he wants to make it a profession by leaving Bangalore or some other place with proper training. He is supported by Devak’s parents who recognize his tastes at an early age and encourage him to do so. Mother Shruti also loves her son’s horse love.
