Nagpur. The outline of the Fadnavis (Devendra Fadnavis) cabinet in Maharashtra has been decided and the ministers were sworn in on Sunday. The oath taking ceremony was held at Raj Bhavan in Nagpur. Along with many old faces, some new faces have also been given place in the Fadnavis cabinet. 12 MLAs from Shiv Sena have taken oath as ministers; In which there are seven new faces.
After long deliberations in Maharashtra, the state cabinet has been expanded under the leadership of Devendra Fadnavis. The expanded cabinet has taken oath today i.e. on Sunday. After several meetings, the names of the ministers were finalized by the three parties of Mahayuti. After the swearing in, the distribution of ministries will also be done today itself.
In the first expansion of the Fadnavis cabinet, Maharashtra BJP’s prominent face Chandrashekhar Bawankule became the first minister to take oath. He took oath as a minister of the state government. BJP leaders Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Chandrakant Patil also took oath as cabinet ministers in the state government at Raj Bhavan in Nagpur.
In the new cabinet of Maharashtra, NCP leader Hasan Mushrif, BJP leader Girish Mahajan, Shiv Sena leader Gulabrao Patil also took oath as cabinet ministers in the state government. In the first expansion of the Fadnavis cabinet, BJP leader Ganesh Naik, Shiv Sena leader Dadaji Dagdu Bhuse, Sanjay Rathore and NCP leader Dhananjay Munde also took oath as cabinet ministers in the state government at Raj Bhavan in Nagpur.
