Crisman Salas, name of the complainant, showed conversations with the cumbia interpreter on “Magaly TV, la firme”. According to the report, he did not respond to the messages that he sent him. He even paid for her plane ticket. For this reason, he filed a complaint with the court of the city of Abancay, in Apurímac.

Given the lack of response from the singer, reporters from the Magaly Medina program tried to communicate with Deyvis Orosco, but they did not obtain any statements either. The man no longer requests the 15,000 soles in return, but 130,000 more in compensation for damages.
