“No matter how great our plans are..how good they look on paper..it is important to deliver to the last person. Civil service officers are trying to build the nation. They are trying to speed up development in the country to provide good governance to the poor. The country has developed a lot in the last nine years. Their hard work is behind it. In 9 years, the poor people of the country have increased their faith in good governance. Despite the Covid crisis, today India is the fifth largest economy in the world,” explained Modi.
