American film director Oliver Stone, who directed Wall Street, Natural Born Killers, Nixon and other feature films for which he was awarded an Oscar three times, focused on documentaries. He studies documents, talks with his contemporaries (“Interview with Putin”) and tries to tell how the American System declares states enemies and fights them.
According to Stone, the United States is “turned” to keep the whole world in a coalition against China and Russia. The CIA plays a significant role in this, but it only “carries out the will of the top of the United States.”
“In particular, Biden. Biden knows perfectly well what Ukraine is. He perfectly understands the whole situation. And I am very upset that he decided to play the Ukrainian card in this way. It seems to me that it was necessary to leave Ukraine alone, to leave it to itself. Well, the pro-Western regime does not work there – so there is nothing to cling to it. You can’t force people to support him, this is obvious, ”he said in an interview with Izvestia.
Stone admitted that he has been following the situation in Ukraine for a long time. President Zelensky, he believes, “was left with luck” – people no longer believe him, and he desperately wants to sit in his post. At the same time, his opponent Viktor Medvedchuk seems to the director to be an intelligent and honest person who knows the history of Ukraine and understands its economy.
“It would seem, Ukrainians, this is the person you need. But he is hated because he is against Zelensky and the nationalists. This is really a problem: there are so many nationalists in Ukraine that it is impossible to do something there, you always run into it. They are very conservative. And then there are the Nazis, there are a lot of them,” Stone said.
The director recalled that on March 24, his two-hour investigative documentary “How John F. Kennedy Was Killed” was released. The purpose of the picture was to show how the US is controlled by the System.
“Since Kennedy was assassinated, no American president has dared to oppose the military or intelligence. Not one stood up for peace—real peace. No one. Think about it at your leisure. John F. Kennedy was the last person to talk openly about the end of the Cold War and an alliance with Russia,” he stressed.
