Mumbai. Known for her fitness in Bollywood, Disha Patni has shared a video with some of her favorite workouts. Disha has posted a video on Instagram, in which she is seen doing squats with a weight of 70 kg, hip thrusts with a weight of 30 kg, deadlifts with hamstring curls and kettlebells.
In the caption of the video, Disha writes, Some of my favorite go to exercises.
