Warned to the government, if the old pension is not restored, the employees will be forced to do a big movement.
The movement of government employees regarding the restoration of old pension is getting intensified. Various employee organizations took out a procession in Ballabhgarh on Tuesday and gheraoed the office of Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma and submitted a memorandum demanding restoration of old pension.
On Tuesday, the Pension Bahali Sangharsh Samiti, office bearers took out an outrage march from Ambedkar Chowk Ballabhgarh to Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma’s Sector-8 office and handed over a memorandum to restore the old pension. Under the chairmanship of the district head of Sangharsh Samiti, Rajesh Bhati, the employees/officers of the district participated in the Pension Aakrosh March by tying black bands.
Pratibha Chauhan, on behalf of the Sangharsh Samiti, gave a clear warning to the government that if the old pension is not restored in the state soon, the Sangharsh Samiti will work to oust the coalition government from power in the upcoming elections along with protests. He said that the review committee of NPS by the Haryana Government on February 20 and the Central Government on April 6 is only a means of prolonging the issue and misleading. He said that till the OPS is not restored in the state, the movement of Pension Restoration Sangharsh Samiti will continue. Hasla District President Sandeep Chauhan, Haryana School Teachers Association President Bhim Singh, State Primary Teachers Association President Vijay Mudgil, Haryana Primary Teachers Association President Chatar Singh, Hazras President Samay Singh, President Diploma Engineers Association Dalbir Hooda, Clerk Association head Surya Pratap, Sangharsh Samiti convenor Virendra Jhingala, Electricity department circle secretary Santram Lamba, head Sunil Chauhan, female head Pravesh Bhadana, Gayatri Sharma, Madhu Maheshwari, Rameshwar Manusmriti, Sikandar, Rajesh Singh, Amit Sharma, Jaiveer Bhati, Dhir Singh, Rajveer Sharma, etc. employees and officers were involved.
