According to the plan, the Center will provide Rs 3,500 per month to unemployed youth in the country. A post in Hindi claims that the pre-registration process has started under the Pradhan Mantri Berojgar Bhatta Yojana, which went viral on social media after a campaign to pay Rs 3,500 per month to all young unemployed under the scheme. The government came up with the explanation after the information came to its notice.
The current funding is as follows
Under the ESI scheme, the government has implemented various schemes such as compensation for members who lose their jobs and financial assistance for those who are unable to work due to Kovid. There is a special financial assistance scheme for ESI contributors. Members who have worked for at least 78 days and receive ESI contributions will receive up to 70 per cent of their daily income for three months if they are unable to work due to Kovid. The application should be submitted along with the doctor’s certificate within seven days of the onset of the disease.
Employees who have paid their ESI contributions for two years are eligible for financial assistance if the company closes and loses their job due to the Kovid crisis. Under the special scheme, the government pays unemployment benefits for two years.
Funding is also available for ESI members who lose their jobs. Those who have paid the fixed share will get fifty per cent of the daily wage for three months. The Atal Bhimit person can apply directly for financial assistance under the Kalyan Yojana scheme. The claim can be submitted online.
