The Dubai Sports Council launched the summer group competitions, which include three group games, volleyball, basketball, and handball, in which teams from the youth and junior categories participate, with the participation of the four Dubai clubs: Shabab Al Ahli, Al Nasr, Al Wasl, and Hatta. Today, 6 matches in the basketball tournament will be held in Rashid Bin Hamdan Hall in Al-Nasr Sports Club, where at 10 am Al-Wasl meets with Al-Ahly youth for the junior and youth categories, and at 11:15 am Al-Nasr will meet with Al-Ahly youth, and at 12:30 Al-Nasr will meet with Al-Ahly youth Wasl.
The handball competitions will be held in the Sheikh Rashid bin Maktoum Al Maktoum Hall in Al Wasl Club, and will continue until the 29th of this month, in which two matches will be held between Al-Ahly youth and Al-Nasr at 10 am, and Al-Wasl with Al-Ahly youth at 11 am.
The volleyball competitions will be held at Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum Hall in Al-Ahly Youth Club in Mamzar, and will continue until the 28th of this month. The Dubai Council is keen to take advantage of the technical staff from the course, which allows the experience of the players in order to identify their levels and find areas of improvement and achieve the required harmony between them, before the start of the official competitions.
