Dubai Sports Council organizes a workshop for professional trainers

The Dubai Sports Council will organize, next Monday, at its headquarters in the Dubai Design District, a “professional football coaches’ workshop”, which will be held within the framework of implementing the council’s strategic plan in the aspect related to developing the capabilities of Emirati assistant coaches in football companies. The coaches of the first football team in Dubai clubs will lecture in the workshop, in the presence of the assistant national coaches of the first team and the U-21 reserve team and youth teams. Al Wasl coach Juan Pizzi will speak in the first session, and he will explain the tactical playing style with or without possession, while he will speak in the second session. Al-Nasr coach Goran Tomic discusses the issue of playing in the last third and formation on player number 9. In the third session, Al-Ahly youth coach Jardim will speak, in which he will address three topics: comprehensive football, involving players in building play, and moving without a ball, while speaking In the fourth and final session, Hatta’s coach, Abdullah Misfer, explains the issue of investing in counterattacks and set pieces.

The organization of the workshop comes within the framework of the Dubai Council’s efforts to qualify national cadres and raise the degree of efficiency of training cadres, especially national cadres of national assistant trainers.
