In this context the budget should have addressed the central issues of increasing the purchasing power of the people, job creation and growth of domestic demand.
The budget does not meet this requirement. Government expenditure has been reduced to reduce fiscal deficit. This budget, which has cut spending and increased taxes, will worsen the economic crisis.
