MumbaiBigg Boss OTT-2 winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav has once again been in trouble. Actually, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent him a notice and ordered him to appear. Let us tell you that this notice has been given to Elvish Yadav in the money laundering case related to the snake venom case.
Although Elvish Yadav is on a foreign trip these days, the ED has asked him to join the investigation immediately. It is being told that the Lucknow unit of ED has ordered Elvish Yadav to appear immediately after returning from abroad on July 23. On July 8, Elvish Yadav expressed his inability to appear before the ED due to being abroad, after which the officials allowed him to appear later.
Let us tell you that on Monday, July 8, Elvish Yadav’s close associate and Haryana singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria was questioned by the ED for about 7 hours in Lucknow office. Apart from this, Elvish Yadav’s other associates Ishwar Yadav and Vinay Yadav have also been questioned in this case earlier.
It is worth noting that on April 6, Gautam Buddh Nagar Police filed a 1200-page charge sheet under the Wildlife Protection Act against Elvish Yadav and seven others after an FIR was registered. This charge sheet mentioned how snakes were smuggled and how their venom was used in parties. However, Elvish Yadav had called himself innocent in this case and called all the allegations fake.
