Try our easy and delicious egg roast recipe.
It requires egg, onion, tomato, spice powders, fennel, curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves.
Wash and clean the egg and boil it till done. Peel it and take it.
Slice the onion lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Two large onions and two medium sized tomatoes are enough for 4 eggs.
Add 10 cloves of garlic, a slice of ginger, 6 whole peppercorns and a teaspoon of fennel seeds and grind it. No need to grind. It is enough to crush it well.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add crushed masala to it. Add curry leaves. Saute onion well. Fry until light brown. Add enough turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder to it and saute well. Then add tomatoes and saute.
Can be cooked
When its green smell changes and it is fried well, pour some hot water and cook it for 3 minutes. When the water dries up a bit, add a pinch of sugar to it. It enhances the taste.
Then you can add an egg to it and make it a good roast. When the water boils a little and the egg is well seasoned, you can add coriander leaves and keep it aside.
