Al-Aqeel added that the rental program always seeks to raise the level of confidence in the real estate rental sector, by developing its services or strategic partnerships that contribute to the reliability of the sector’s beneficiaries, pointing out that the launch of the new version of the housing contract will be soon.
He noted that the Ejar program continues to follow up on the requirements of the real estate rental sector and the needs of the beneficiaries, including landlords, tenants, real estate brokers and investors, with the aim of meeting the necessary needs and ensuring the achievement of all aspirations.
He pointed out that the privileges of the developed housing contract allow the possibility of modification to the housing unit, the power of the tenant to review government agencies, the possibility of renting parts of the housing unit, and determining the parties responsible for the terms.
Among the most important advantages of the contract is defining the scope of implementation and the party responsible for resolving disputes, and many other advantages that meet the needs of developments in the rental real estate sector.
Al-Aqeel stated that the lease program had earlier registered more than three million lease contracts in the network, which varied between residential and commercial, since the launch of the program.
The number of commercial lease contracts documented in the network has also exceeded 500,000, in various cities and regions of the Kingdom, which reflected its impact on the domestic product, and reduced disputes by documenting this number of contracts.
