The Yekaterinburg-Kurgan highway was shrouded in smoke after a natural fire in the Kurgan region, which occurred near the road.
The footage that Izvestia has at its disposal shows the work of traffic police officers, they regulate the situation with traffic on the road.
From the evening of April 28, the highway was closed to traffic. On the morning of Friday, April 29, inspectors began to let cars through.
In addition, on Thursday evening, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kurgan Region reported that a 66-year-old woman died in a residential building as a result of a natural fire in the village of Morevskoye, Vargashinsky District of the region. As a result, investigators are investigating.
As noted at the same time in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the village of Morevskoye, the fire had already been eliminated. In SNT “Malinovka” in Kurgan, work will continue until it is completely liquidated. In total, 350 people and about 100 pieces of equipment are fighting the fire in the region.
Due to fires in the Kurgan region, an emergency mode has been introduced. The Ministry of Emergency Situations said that people were being evacuated in several settlements.
On April 27, it became known that in Kurgan the fires had spread to outbuildings from dry grass. On the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kurgan Region, it is specified that from April 27 to April 29, a high fire danger will remain in the region.
