Lucknow. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday interrogated YouTuber Elvish Yadav for eight hours, who is facing serious charges of supplying snake venom in rave parties. Elvish Yadav was also questioned several times about the snakes used in singer Fazilpuria’s song, but he remained silent.
Earlier, ED had questioned Elvish twice in the month of August. Now preparations are on to file a chargesheet against him in the court. Sources say that preparations are also on to seize the properties of Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuria. For this, ED has also collected information about the earnings of Fazilpuria and Elvish Yadav from YouTube.
In fact, Fazilpuria’s song in which snakes were shown, earned him about 50 lakh rupees. ED had also questioned singer Fazilpuria for a long time on July 8. ED had also called Elvish Yadav for questioning three days ago but he expressed his inability to come and asked for time.
Elvish Yadav reached the ED office on Thursday morning, where he was questioned on several points till 7 pm. Questions were also asked about income and assets. At the same time, some questions were also asked about Haryana singer Fazilpuria. Fazilpuria was also seen wearing a snake around his neck in one of his songs. ED investigation revealed that the snakes were provided by Elvish.
