Ayodhya. The process of equipping Ayodhya with zero carbon emission e-vehicle transport facility is also going on. As per the intention of CM Yogi, a detailed action plan has been prepared in this direction. Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) has started action on this.
In its first phase, 15 EV Plus e-vehicles with four wheelers and seating capacity of four passengers have been enrolled in Ayodhya. In this process, Tata Tigor EV cars manufactured in India under Make in India are being given preference.
On the other hand, the e-cart service manufactured by a Chinese company in Ayodhya is also continuing since the Deepotsav program held last year, which has a seating capacity of 6 passengers and mainly helps elderly devotees travel to Hanumangarhi and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex and other pilgrimage sites. The process continues continuously. In such a situation, a new chapter was added on Tuesday in the operation of EV Plus E vehicles in Ayodhya. This service is currently being operated by ADA through private partnership.
An official said that to enhance the beauty of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Pran-Pratishtha program in Ayodhya, a large scale VVIP movement including artists and tourists is proposed in Ayodhya between Makar Sankranti (January 15) to January 22. In such a situation, the process of implementing the plan to completely deploy a fleet of 200 e-vehicles, giving preference to zero carbon emission transportation, has been started. In this sequence, Passion International Private Limited is providing cab service under the name My EV Plus under the EV transportation process through private partnership by ADA.
Company director Prashant Garg said that devotees landing at Ayodhya airport from January 6 will be able to avail this facility. This facility is working in the entire Ayodhya area and currently this facility can be accessed through WhatsApp. According to Garg, this is a pick and drop facility based service, in which the focus is on making the journey easy and safe through Google Location and Google Maps access.
At present, this facility can be availed through WhatsApp by calling the number 9799499299 and soon it can be used smoothly through the app being developed by ADA, which will also be available in Google Android Store. This service has also been started as updown service from Lucknow to Ayodhya and from Ayodhya to Lucknow, through this, passengers will be able to do one-way journey by paying a fee of Rs 3000. Similarly, in Ayodhya, passengers will have to pay Rs 250 for a journey of 0 to 10 km, Rs 399 for a journey of 0 to 15 km, Rs 499 for a journey of 0 to 20 km, Rs 799 for a journey of 20 to 30 km and Rs 799 for a journey of 30 to 40 km. Passengers will have to pay a fee of Rs 999.
