AT The press center of the Izvestia Information Center hosts a press conference on the topic: “Invisible Disability: Challenges and Solutions”.
Experts will discuss and explain what is an “invisible disability”? When does an employee’s health cease to be his personal matter and becomes an employer’s problem? Should the problem of “invisible disability” be included in the program of corporate social responsibility? How to create a favorable psychological environment for employees?
Participants will discuss best practices for employment and taking into account the characteristics of workers with “invisible” health limitations.
