38-year-old John S., the man who shot and killed a 16-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman on Friday at a care farm in Alblasserdam, was sent away in 2017 because of an unwanted relationship with another client. The forced departure led to a further deterioration of his mental health, sources confirm.
