The Support and Liquidation Center “Enfath” announced the holding of 23 public auctions, starting from the 10th to the 14th of this month of September, indicating that the auctions are in person and electronic. To sell and liquidate 268 residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties located in 10 regions and cities in the Kingdom.
The auctions will begin with 3 auctions being held in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, to display 51 real estate opportunities, 43 properties in the Medina region, with 3 auctions, 16 properties in the Riyadh region, including 3 various auctions, 44 real estate opportunities in the Al-Qassim region, in 4 auctions, and 3 auctions in the Eastern Province to showcase… 51 properties, and in the Hail region, two auctions are held to showcase 28 real estate opportunities, and in Sakaka, two auctions are held to showcase 5 real estate opportunities, and in Jizan, an auction is held to showcase 7 real estate opportunities, and in the Al-Baha region, an auction is held to showcase 5 real estate opportunities, and in the Asir region, an auction is held to showcase 18 various real estate opportunities.

It is noteworthy that the Support and Liquidation Center “Enfath” is an independent government center, and it is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically competent establishments from the private sector, and to supervise the liquidation of assets, including real estate, movables, or inheritances, assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, in a way that contributes to accelerating the fulfillment of rights and achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
