If the vehicle is sold in violation of this agreement, the owners will have to indemnify the company. 50,000 dollars will be charged as damages. Damages shall be $50,000 or the sale or transfer value, whichever is greater. Moreover, Tesla may refuse to sell such vehicles in the future to violators.
However, if a customer has a clear reason for selling a Cybertruck, there are certain concessions based on the contract. Tesla will agree to buy back the vehicle after deducting the mileage and the cost of vehicle repairs.
