The high purchasing power of the people, good security in the country, low crime rate and good healthcare have put Qatar at the top of the quality of life index. The UAE finished second in the Gulf with 162.41 points behind Qatar. Saudi Arabia (149.43), Bahrain (144.59) and Kuwait (134.57).
Qatar has 127.79 points in purchasing power, 84.56 points in security index and 73.13 points in healthcare index. In all of these, Qatar has a higher position than other countries in the Gulf region.
Qatar retains its position as the safest country in the world in the Nambio Crime Index. Qatar has been in this position since 2017. Doha, the capital of Qatar, has been decorated several times in the list of safest cities.
Qatar ranks among the top 20 countries in the world with 73 points in Numbio Healthcare Index 2021. In recent years, the country has been ranked first in many fields in the international rankings of various agencies. Qatar is strong in many areas such as security, healthcare and peace.
Qatar KMCC condolence meeting
Doha: Qatar KMCC held a condolence-prayer meeting on the demise of MA Muhammad Jamal, who was the General Secretary of Wayanad Muslim Yatimkhana, Senior Vice President of Wayanad District of Muslim League and member of the State Muslim League Secretariat.
KMCC Qatar State General Secretary Salim Nalakat presided. Kodakal Syed Saqaf Thangal offered prayers at the condolence meeting held under the joint auspices of KMCC Qatar State Committee, Wayanad District Committee and Wayanad Muslim Yatimkhana Qatar Chapter. SAM Basheer, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Committee delivered the memorial lecture. Raisali Wayanad, District President Ismail Vappanamtil, General Secretary Ashraf Poonthotan, Hameed Haji Marunnoor, PV Mohammad Maulavi, Abu Manichira, KA Habib, Abdu Papinissery, Adyotil Ahmed and others were present.
