A 12-year-old boy named Daya Kumar is studying in the fifth standard in a school under Udwantnagar police station.. His elder sister (cousin) is studying in the sixth standard. Daya Kumar threw a stick at his sister who was writing the exam to help her in the half-yearly exams.
When the note fell to another girl… she mistook it for a love letter… and told her elder brothers about it. When the girl’s brothers reached the school, Daya Kumar was crushed and taken away from there. Four days later, his body parts were found near a railway track.
On the complaint of the victim’s family members, the police registered a case and arrested the girl’s family members, including four minors. Juveniles were sent to remand home. Those who completed 18 years were taken to jail.
