Qatar: A giant sculpture of the falcon, the national bird of Qatar, has been erected. The sculpture of the falcon is made of gold. The sculpture is located in front of the Hamad International Airport. Sheikh Al Mayasa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, President of the Qatar Museum, shared on social media the creation of a new work of art with paintings.
The film is produced by artist Tom Klaassen. The sculpture is placed near the entrance of the airport. Inside the airport are works of art by several local artists.A giant statue of Qatar’s national animal, the oryx, has been erected inside the airport.
