Family judge should listen better to parents, report on functioning ‘does ouch’

Judges do not listen sufficiently to parents, who are faced with, for example, their child being placed in out-of-home care. This is evident from a new report from family judges, who have scrutinized their own functioning. ‘This report does au’, says Henk Naves, chairman of the Council for the Judiciary.
