Accodrive, an online car sales platform, has partnered with IDFC First Bank to distribute free fast tags. With Accodrive, the fast tag is easily accessible.
These fast tags can be used to purchase fuel at HPCL pumps. More transactions promoting contactless payment may be done using Fastag in the future. Fastag is available on Accodrive’s digital platform without any special fee or deposit. You have to pay Rs 100 to recharge the fast tag.

It is estimated that the implementation of the mandatory fast tag system will save Rs 20,000 crore on fuel. Revenue is expected to increase by at least Rs 10,000 crore. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari made this clear. There is a record increase in daily toll collection through Fastag. Toll collection had reached Rs 104 crore last week. The toll collection in the last one week is estimated to be over Rs 100 crore per day.
The implementation of Fasttag has significantly reduced the waiting time at National Highway toll collection centers. About 20 lakh new fast tag users have joined the system in the last two weeks.
