In this regard, the Union Ministry of Health issued a press release: 6,934 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in India. As a result, the number of people undergoing treatment across the country is 63,380.
In the last 24 hours, 24 people died due to covid infection. Due to this, the number of people who have died due to the infection so far is 5,31,369.
Meanwhile, the number of people who have recovered from the disease has increased to 4,43,11,078. It is reported that more than 220.66 crore doses of covid vaccine have been administered so far.
