Bangalore. Former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli’s pub has landed in a new trouble. The police have registered a case against the manager of this One8 Commune pub located in Bengaluru. It is alleged that this pub was open and serving customers after the closing time of 1 am.
According to the FIR lodged at the Cubbon Park police station in Bengaluru, One8 Commune – Bengaluru was found open at 1:20 am after the deadline. The FIR states, “The One8 Commune pub located on Kasturba Road was found serving customers at 1:20 am on July 6 after the closing time.” According to official sources, the sub-inspector who was on patrol at night received information that the One8 Commune pub was open till late at night. When the sub-inspector reached the pub at 1:20 am, he found the pub serving customers.

On this basis, an FIR was registered. Sources said that action has also been taken against three other pubs which were found open even after the stipulated time limit. Virat Kohli’s One8 Commune has branches in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata. The Bengaluru pub opened in December last year. It is located on the sixth floor of Ratnam Complex on Kasturba Road, which is located near the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Sources said action was also taken against three other pubs. One8 Commune Pub owned by Virat Kohli is also in other cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata. This club was opened in Bengaluru last year. It is located on the sixth floor of Ratnam Complex on Kasturba Road, which is close to the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
