A tragic incident took place in Konaseema district. A fire broke out in a Puri hut in Akulavari Street, Kommaragiripatnam, Allavaram Mandal. Mother and daughter were burnt alive in this incident. The accident happened around 4 am when the fire broke out. The deceased have been identified as Sadhanala Mangadevi and Medishetty Jyoti. It seems that Jyoti is pregnant among the dead. Five months ago she got married for love. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and inspected the scene. A case was registered and an investigation was carried out.

Relatives are expressing doubts about this accident. It is believed that someone has set the house on fire. It seems that the police have detained a youth named Suresh on suspicion and are interrogating him. There are suspicions that the house was set on fire after the murder.
