Ayodhya. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the festival organized on the first anniversary of the death of Shri Ram Lala on Saturday. On 22 January 2024, Shri Ram Lala was consecrated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now on completion of one year, a three-day festival is being organized in Ayodhya. There will be a ban on VVIP darshan during this period.
However, VVIP passes will remain canceled during this (Ram Lala) festival which lasts for three days. Apart from this, the time for darshan has also been extended. The ceremony will take place at various locations within the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Famous artists like folk singer Malini Awasthi will perform in the three-day program. Also, playback singer Anuradha Paudwal, poet Kumar Vishwas and others will also participate.
Let us tell you that according to the temple trust, during the three-day celebration, along with many religious rituals, Ramleela will also take place. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will address devotees at Kuber Tila on Saturday, followed by a series of music and devotional programmes. Musical groups from different states will also perform kirtan at various intersections of Ayodhya from 11 to 13 January. Saints from across the country who could not attend the previous consecration ceremony have been invited to participate in the anniversary celebration.
A list of about 70 such saints is being prepared by the Ram Mandir (Ram Lala) Trust. Kumar Vishwas and Malini Awasthi will perform at Angad Tila within the temple complex on Saturday, while Anuradha Paudwal and Kavita Paudwal will perform on Sunday. Jagadguru Ramanujacharya and Swami Gyananand will narrate Ram Katha for three days. Apart from this, Sapna Goyal from Lucknow will recite Sunderkand during the program along with 250 women.
