Being served a drink on the plane by a steward in a pencil skirt? Or by a flight attendant in a three-piece suit and tie? It’s possible with Virgin Atlantic and JetBlue. These airlines are leading the way with gender neutral uniforms. Dutch airlines are not that far yet.
