A video of a clash involving the son of a member of the British Parliament, Ben Grant, that appeared on the Web, during which Adam Bisultanov, a member of the National Guard, was killed, has been transferred to the military investigation department for the Western Military District. This was announced on June 2 in the Russian Guard.
The department explained that the footage was filmed with a GoPro camera.
Earlier that day, the department reported that Sergeant Adam Bisultanov, the commander of a separate operational brigade of the North Caucasus District of the Russian Guard, died during a special operation to protect Donbass in a battle with foreign mercenaries, including Ben Grant, the son of British MP Helena Grant.
On May 29, the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation announced that the role of the son of a member of the British parliamentarian in the hostilities in the Donbass would be established.
The day before, a video was published on the Web showing Ben Grant and several other English-speaking mercenaries firing an anti-tank grenade launcher at a Russian armored personnel carrier. At the same time, Grant gave the order to open fire, after which the detachment disappeared into the forest.
On April 27, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that mercenaries from more than 50 countries of the world are part of the Ukrainian armed formations.
On February 24, Moscow launched a special operation to protect the DPR and LPR. It was preceded by an aggravation of the situation in the region, an appeal by the leadership of the Donbass republics to the Russian Federation with a request for help, and the subsequent recognition by Russia of the independence of the DPR and LPR.
Since 2014, the Ukrainian authorities have been carrying out a military operation against the residents of Donbass who refused to recognize the results of the coup d’état in Ukraine.
