On the territory of the Moscow region, it is expected from 18 to 23 degrees of heat in the daytime and from +7 to 12 degrees at night.
Forecasters predict a westerly wind at a speed of 5-10 m/s and gusts up to 15 m/s.
Atmospheric pressure will be 746 mmHg.
The day before, June 16, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation Roman Vilfand predicted the absence of heat in Moscow until the end of the week. Temperature indicators will be from 20 to 25 degrees above zero, which is “a normal summer in Moscow performance.”
Prior to that, on June 14, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, the chief specialist of the Moscow Meteorological Bureau, announced an anticyclone this week, which will provide a temperature of +30 degrees. According to her, such weather is exactly in line with climatic norms.
