On June 7, the leading specialist of the Fobos weather center, Yevgeny Tishkovets, said that the summer of 2023 in the capital will “swing” almost the entire month of June, the swimming season will open only in the second half of the month, and the real heat will come in July.
At the beginning of the month, weather forecasters said that June in Moscow would be cool and dry. Precipitation deficit in the first month of summer can reach 30%.
